RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be returned in its original condition.
• Include all original accessories, tags, packaging and the Certificate of Authenticity.
• Have any security tag (if applicable) still attached.
• Show no signs of use, damage or alteration after delivery.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

REFUNDS

• Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Please allow your payment provider several business days to complete the transaction.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

VINTAGE CONDITION

• Due to their vintage nature, minor signs of wear, patina or age are expected and are not considered defects. We carefully photograph and describe each item so you can shop with confidence.

AUTHENTICITY

• Every item sold by MODEVESTIGE is authenticated before being listed and includes a digital Certificate of Authenticity.
• If an item is proven to be inauthentic by a recognized independent authentication service, we will offer a full refund after reviewing the documentation.
